Our entry-level TentBox is a great all-rounder. Its lightweight, compact design means it will fit on even the smallest of cars. It takes under 5 minutes to set up with a foldout opening system, comes complete with a skylight to watch the stars and sleeps 2-3 people comfortably. You'll love the freedom it gives you.

5 YEAR WARRANTY FOR TENTBOX ROOFTOP TENTS

TentBox will repair or replace (at our sole option and discretion) defective parts at a minimum cost to the customer i.e production or purchase price of the part + shipping cost. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use of TentBox Products, for the duration of the Warranty Period.

Should you notify us within the Warranty Period of a defect in either the materials or workmanship, TentBox will investigate and if we are able to observe the defect and there are no signs to suggest that the Product has been used other than as intended, TentBox will help to repair, replace or refund either the defective part or the whole Product at our sole option and discretion and at no charge to you for parts or labour.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

• Products resold by the Product owner, i.e. second hand sales;

• Consumable parts, such as batteries, cloth parts of products or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

• Normal and fair wear and tear, as to be expected from regular use of a product, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal storage or conditions of usage;

• Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and rusting;

• UV (ultra-violet) damage to fabric or other materials, where the damage is purely cosmetic;

• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external causes;

• Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of TentBox or a TentBox Authorised Service Provider, or further damage caused by you making further use of the product after giving Tentbox notice under this warranty;

• Damage arising due to your failure to follow Tentbox’s oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, use and maintenance of the product;

• A TentBox product that has been modified in any way;

• Any TentBox product where the branding has been removed or defaced; and

• Any TentBox product that has been used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to rentals.

You can return your item/s for a refund.

All items must be in their original packaging and condition, and it must be within 30 days of purchase.

If you are returning a TentBox, we will arrange the collection for you using our delivery partner, and a collection cost of up to $300 will be deducted from your refund.

For other returns, you must arrange for the item/s to be sent back to our warehouse at your own cost.

Once your item has been received (or collected, in the case of a TentBox), your refund will be issued within 7 days, and can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanging a TentBox product may be possible. To exchange your TentBox roof tent or accessory, please contact us quoting your order number, and what items you're looking to exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, product must be in their original packaging and condition, and it must be within 30 days of purchase.
